Excerpt from the 2007 September Spirit Key Newsletter  "Sept 12, Houston TX The Community Partnership Council (CPC) held its monthly meeting this month’s theme of “Transition Housing Resources” attended by chaplains, aftercare facilities, wardens, churches, Harris Co sheriffs, rehab facilities, groups starting new ministry teams and individuals with many years of experience including Mr. Larry Frank who had 15 years in non-profit experience and the leading person to assist the community for helping victims families and ex-offenders and those still in prison and the people that minister to them. Mr. Frank was the “Go to Man” of Houston for assisting others that were involved in criminal Justice. Allen Rice, Exec Director of Spirit Key, had personally found guidance from Larry when Mr. Rice’s wife was incarcerated 10 years ago.
