Technology Framework The technology has been developed, implemented, improved, and proven.  As more and more ministries and organizations use the technology, they are connecting, sharing, and the framework is continually enhanced and added to in order to serve a larger more diverse group.   Our technology is Internet based and integrates the applications listed below into a comprehensive community.  Plus each on-line community includes productivity and community building tools like email, forums, event calendars, and newsletters to promote awareness, education, and community participation. Resource Directory - to assist releasees and those on probation.   Client Referral System - Electronically connect releasees to re-entry centers, nurturing churches, or mentors at the destination of release.  The framework will enable a network of Welcome Back Ministries.   Re-entry Management System - for use in private and community re-entry programs to allow collaborative assistance, periodic reporting, and evolve standards for comparison, measurement, and accountability to improve overall re-entry outcomes.
